The products include varieties of colours and designs which are trendy and attractive. We provide images of product from every angle which provide ease to the customer for selection. The customers can customize the searches according to desired preferences. Each product possess detailed description and specification beneath the images. These information enables the customers to avail the exact information about the product. Our products are pocket friendly. We also offer discounts and attractive deals on products.
The booking procedure is not so sophisticated. It is very easy to book appointments or choose a particular product on this app. One can select the product they want according to their choice, add the selected product to the cart, provide their proper address, select date and time slot in case of doctor appointment, make payment and order their product of interest. The payment mode can also be selected according to individual convenience like either online payment or cash on delivery. We use highly secure method of payment i.e., Razorpay. Most customers have issues in online payment due to fraud or conjunction in payment gateways but Optico INDIA uses Razorpay, a very secure and safe payment gateway method. The customer support team is very helpful and provide full assistance to their customers. If a customer is not satisfied with the product then he or she may return the product and demand for refund. The refund amount will be credited shortly in the account provided after the successful pickup of the product within 7-8 business days including bank holidays.
